MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES
Struggling with an Invisible Illness
For some reason, society struggles to recognize that mental health is both a biological and PHYSICAL illness. The brain is part of the human body, yes? The brain is an organ, correct? Well if both of those are true, then that definition shows that it is an actual condition, and needs to be cared for as such. Yet the world constantly downplays it as weakness. Or even worse, considers us to be at blame for why we struggle.
Society tells you that you’re supposed to sit down, suck it up, and start feeling better.
Let’s be clear… this is not good advice.
So that means if you struggle with…
- Generalized Anxiety
- Panic Disorder
- Social Anxiety
- Agoraphobia
- Depression
- Bipolar disorder
- Schizophrenia
- Personality disorders
- Eating Disorders
- PTSD
- OCD
- Supporting loved ones who do
We’re here to provide a welcoming mental health community where every person, with every struggle, has a place to belong. We hope you join us in this movement and find these resources helpful!

Online therapy isn’t for everyone. For many of us, the only way we can feel comfortable is if we talk with someone face to face. However, it can be difficult to know where even to look. This is an incredible resource for finding therapists near you.
Needing someone to talk to isn’t something to be ashamed of
